I offer a variety of massage modalities including: Swedish or Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular/Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial, Pregnancy, Bamboo, Himalayan Salt Stone, and Barefoot Bars Massage or "Two Feet Deep".

Body Harmony has been in operation since 2013 in Des Moines, Iowa.  I went to Body Wisdom School of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2012. I have worked as a massage therapist part time in chiropractor clinics and spa retreats. I am also an RN, and received my Bachelors of Nursing at Grandview and UNI. I'm in my 14th year of my nursing career and currently work as RN Case Manager Health Coach for Aetna. I enjoy coaching individuals on their wellness in a holistic approach. My hobbies include biking, hiking, skiing, traveling and playing violin.
